1. How do I book a session?
Booking is easy! Simply contact me through my website or email (hello@shanemariekim.com) to discuss your needs. A signed contract and deposit are required to secure your date.
2. What's included in my package?
Each package includes:
- A pre-session consultation to plan your shoot
- Professional photography coverage
- High-resolution, edited images delivered in an online gallery
- Licensing for personal and professional use (varies by package)
Custom packages are also available!
3. What should I wear for my branding session?
I recommend wearing outfits that reflect your brand's personality and make you feel confident. I can provide wardrobe guidance based on your brand colors and desired aesthetic.
4. How soon will I receive my photos?
Turnaround time depends on the session type:
- Branding Sessions: 7-10 business days
- Event Photography: 2-3 weeks
Expedited editing is available for an additional fee.
5. Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! I offer flexible payment plans for branding sessions and larger event bookings. Let's discuss a plan that works for you.
6. Do you travel for shoots?
Absolutely! I'm happy to travel for branding and event photography. Travel fees may apply for locations outside my primary service area.
7. What if I need to reschedule?
Life happens I allow one complimentary reschedule within at least 48 hours' notice. A new date must be selected within 30 days.
8. Can I get RAW/unedited photos?
I do not provide RAW files, as my editing process is an essential part of my work. You will receive high-quality, professionally edited images.
9. How can I prepare for my session?
After booking, I'll send a prep guide with tips on wardrobe, posing and what to expect. I'll also be available to answer any questions before your session.
